FAILURE TO MAKE OTHER PAYMENTS. The failure by the Borrower to pay when due (or upon demand, if payable on demand) any payment Obligation other than any payment Obligation on account of the principal of, or interest on, or fees in respect of, the Loan, and the specific grace period, if any, allowed for the default in question in Section 10.2 or elsewhere in this Agreement shall have expired without such default having been cured.
