Failure to Agree on Revenue Sharing. The Parties do not come to agreement regarding the sharing of revenue as discussed in Section 7.03. Notice of termination shall be effective thirty (30) calendar days thereafter; provided, that such Notice shall be effective immediately if the public health or welfare is threatened.
