Common use of Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot Clause in Contracts

Failure of Allottee to take Possession of Plot. Upon receiving a written intimation from the Promoter as contemplated hereinabove, the Allottee shall take possession of the Plot by executing necessary indemnities, undertakings and such other documentation as prescribed in this Agreement, and the Promoter shall give possession of the Plot to the Allottee as per terms and conditions of the Agreement. In case the Allottee fails to comply with the essential documentation, undertaking, etc., or fails to take possession of the Plot within the time provided above, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges and holding charges as mentioned hereinafter.

In case the Allottee fails to comply with the essential documentation, undertaking, etc., . or fails to take possession of the Plot within the time provided abovein para 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges and holding charges as mentioned hereinafterspecified in Para 7.2.
