Faculty Services. Provide vocational training services, through its members of Professional Training faculty, for the students who have enrolled under PEIPL, for undertaking the courses. PEIPL/ Training Centre will identify the Trainer suitable for imparting Training as per the Content/ Courseware approved by PEIPL and respective SSC. Forward the Profile of Trainer to PEIPL Technical committee for assessment and approval of Trainer. Trainer must pass the assessment conducted by PEIPL Technical committee and only handle the courses for which they have been authorized. Trainer must ensure all the students in a batch are enrolled in PEIPL ERP and NSDC SMART. Mark the daily attendance of students in ERP and ensure students are regular in the class. In case of student irregularity, generate an alert to PEIPL PMKVY team. Trainer must follow the day to day session mentioned in PEIPL ERP and guide the student to give feedback for each session. Inform about the batch completion to PEIPL PMKVY team one week in advance and ensure an internal assessment is conducted immediately after completion of the batch. An extra class of 4-5 days to be arranged for the student failing the internal assessment conducted by ▇▇▇▇▇ PMKVY team. Ensure all the students are present for Final assessment conducted by SSC.
Faculty Services a. This student fee does not cover faculty accommodations in (name of city) though Collaborator will assist the faculty in making arrangements with sufficient lead time. Collaborator will ▇▇▇▇ WSU at cost for those accommodations. b. Collaborator will invoice WSU (insert amount) for the WSU Faculty Director’s and WSU personnel: i. Transportation and entries on all Program-related field trips; ii. Housing in (name of locations); and iii. Transportation from (insert locations), and return transportation back to (insert locations) for the faculty members and personnel. a. Collaborator will provide the WSU faculty director with access to copy equipment. Collaborator will provide the WSU faculty director(s) with internet access for up to ten hours per week, total, at no additional cost.
Faculty Services. Open Source software 5.1. The Products may contain open source software (OSS). Faculty warrants and undertakes that: 5.1.1. it shall comply with any applicable OSS licences and the obligations put upon Faculty under such OSS licences; and 5.1.2. in relation to the Deliverables, it shall: 5.1.2.1. designate its code in such a way that the OSS components are clearly identifiable to Customer; 5.1.2.2. list in the Documentation (i) the source of the open source software component used; (ii) the applicable open source licence; (iii) the scope of the code used; (iv) any limitations of the rights to use the software in comparison with the content and scope of the rights of use granted under Clause 4 of this Agreement; and (v) any obligations to be complied with by Customer pursuant to any OSS licences; and 5.1.2.3. make any OSS licences part of its delivery of the Bespoke Models. 5.1.3. no “infection” of proprietary software owned or licensed by Customer shall occur as a result of the OSS included in the Products, irrespective of whether such proprietary software is already in use or in stock at Customer or is to be developed by Customer under Order; and 5.1.4. no OSS which has licence conditions prescribing that any modifications or other derivative works of the open source software must be distributed or made available under identical or similar OSS licence conditions, including GPL v2 and GPL v3, shall be included in the Products.
Faculty Services. UNIPI will provide UIC faculty offering courses in this program: office space, computer and internet access, support services, and access to university facilities such as libraries and laboratories, similar to the privileges provided to UNIPI faculty of similar rank.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Third Party Services Any services required for or contemplated by the performance of the above-referenced services by the Administrator to be provided by unaffiliated third parties (including independent auditors’ fees and counsel fees) may, if provided for or otherwise contemplated by the Financing Order and if the Issuer deems it necessary or desirable, be arranged by the Issuer or by the Administrator at the direction (which may be general or specific) of the Issuer. Costs and expenses associated with the contracting for such third-party professional services may be paid directly by the Issuer or paid by the Administrator and reimbursed by the Issuer in accordance with Section 2, or otherwise as the Administrator and the Issuer may mutually arrange.

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. 10.1.2 The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the Plan.
