Common use of Faculty College Year Contract Clause in Contracts

Faculty College Year Contract. The term of duty for full-time faculty consisting of those class days in the Fall, Spring and Summer Terms, plus no more than eight (8) in- service days, which shall not exceed 231 days worked per year. A faculty member with a College Year Contract will have his Basic Year daily rate of pay pro-rated for duty days in excess of that year’s Faculty Basic Year contract.
