FACULTY ADVISORY COMMITTEES. Each building shall form a Faculty Advisory Committee comprised of no fewer than three (3) people to be selected by staff. The building Administrator shall be a participating member of this Committee. This Committee shall meet at least once a month. Additional meetings may be scheduled by a majority of Committee members. The purpose of these meetings shall be to discuss specific methods of improving the teaching processes within the particular building, to open up direct communication channels between all parties, and to eliminate aggravating conditions. If any particular building situation is not resolved through the action of this Committee, the Committee members may then submit the problem to the respective Assistant Superintendent, who shall make a decision on the matter. If any situation is not resolved through the Assistant Superintendent, then the matter shall be taken to the Superintendent for a decision. All members of this Committee shall serve without remuneration. Failure of this Committee to operate relative to this outline will constitute a Class "c" grievance
