Common use of Fact Finding Clause in Contracts

Fact Finding. In the event the parties are unable to reach agreement through negotiation, facilitation or mediation with regard to one (1) of the topics set forth in Section 7.3.1, then the dispute may be submitted to advisory fact-finding by either party.
