Common use of Facsimile Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Facsimile Subscriptions. The Company shall be entitled to rely on delivery by facsimile of an executed copy of this subscription agreement and acceptance by the Company of that delivery shall be legally effective to create a valid and binding agreement between the Subscriber and the Company in accordance with the terms of this subscription agreement.

Facsimile Subscriptions. The Company Corporation shall be entitled to rely on delivery by facsimile machine of an executed copy of this subscription agreement Subscription Agreement, including the completed schedules hereto, and acceptance by the Company Corporation of that delivery such facsimile copy shall be legally effective to create a valid and binding agreement between the Subscriber Purchaser and the Company Corporation in accordance with the terms of this subscription agreementhereof.

The Company and the Purchaser shall be entitled to rely on delivery by facsimile machine or other electronic means of an executed copy of this subscription agreement Subscription Agreement, including the completed Schedules hereto, and acceptance by the Company and the Purchaser of that delivery such facsimile copy shall be legally effective to create a valid and binding agreement between the Subscriber Purchaser and the Company in accordance with the terms of this subscription agreementhereof.
