Common use of Facility Utilization Clause in Contracts

Facility Utilization. The Association and its members shall continue to have the right to use School District building facilities at all reasonable hours for meetings, subject to scheduling by the Building Principal or the Personnel/Human Resources and Employee Relations Office. No member of the Unit shall be prevented from wearing insignia, pins or other identification of membership in the Association, either on or off school premises. Bulletin boards, school mail, and other established media of communication shall be made available to the Association and its members.
