Common use of Facility Use Fee Clause in Contracts

Facility Use Fee. Any applicable Facility Use Fees shall be waived for any emergency operational needs including but not limited to, providing temporary care and shelter, distributing prophylaxis medications and/or vaccinations, pandemic testing, and providing other essential services (“Emergency Need Operations”) to protect the health and welfare of the citizens of Monterey County.
