Common use of Facility Qualification Clause in Contracts

Facility Qualification. Hals▇▇ ▇▇▇ll, at no cost to Wats▇▇, ▇▇ke all such actions to qualify (and thereafter to maintain qualification of) the facility (or facilities) at which Hals▇▇ ▇▇▇ufactures Commercial Products hereunder, as required under applicable law in the United States and each other country in which Wats▇▇ ▇▇▇ informed Hals▇▇ ▇▇▇t Wats▇▇ ▇▇▇ends to sell Commercial Products, to enable Wats▇▇ ▇▇ obtain and maintain all applicable Regulatory Dossiers for the Commercial Products.
