Common use of Facility Office Clause in Contracts

Facility Office. A Lender may change its office through which it performs its obligations under this Agreement by not less than five (5) Business Days’ notice in writing to the Facility Agent, provided that any change to a Facility Office of a Lender may be made without the consent of the Borrower, only if such change would not increase the effective rate of Indonesian withholding tax on interest payments to that Lender in respect of the Facility.
