Facility Office. Each of the Agents may treat each Lender as a Lender, entitled to payments under this Agreement and acting through its Facility Office unless it has received not less than 5 Business Days’ prior notice from that Lender to the contrary in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Facility Office. The Agent may assume that the Facility Office or, as the case may be, each Facility Office of each Lender is that identified in Schedule 5 (Lenders and Commitments) (or, in the case of a transferee, at the end of the Transfer Certificate to which it is a party as transferee) until it has received from such Lender a notice designating some other office of such Lender to replace any such Facility Office, and the Agent may act upon any such notice until the same is superseded by a further such notice.
Facility Office. If the conditions set out in this Agreement have been met, the Lender shall make each Loan available through its Facility Office.
Facility Office. Any Bank may from time to time change its Facility Office for the purposes of this Agreement. In the event of any such change the relevant Bank shall promptly notify the Agent and on receipt by the Agent from the relevant Bank of notice of such change, the Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower.
Facility Office. Each Bank will participate in each Revolving Credit Advance made pursuant to this Clause 3 through its Facility Office specified in relation to Revolving Credit Advances in its Relevant Amount.

Each Bank shall lend initially through the office of such Bank at the address specified in Schedule 1 or, as the case may be, in its Transfer Certificate, and subsequently through any other office of such Bank selected from time to time by such Bank through which such Bank wishes to make available its Commitment for the purposes of this agreement. If the office through which a Bank is making available its Commitment is changed pursuant to this clause 16.6, such Bank shall notify the Borrowers and the Agent promptly of such change.
Facility Office. A Lender may change its office through which it performs its obligations under this Agreement by not less than five (5) Business Days’ notice in writing to the Facility Agent.

A Lender may change its office through which it performs its obligations under this Agreement by not less than five (5) Business Days’ notice in writing to the Facility Agent, provided that any change to a Facility Office of a Lender may be made without the consent of the Borrower, only if such change would not increase the effective rate of Indonesian withholding tax on interest payments to that Lender in respect of the Facility.
Facility Office. The Facility Agent and/or the US Paying Agent, as applicable, may treat each Lender as a Lender, entitled to payments under this Agreement and acting through its Facility Office unless it has received not less than 5 Business Days’ prior notice from that Lender to the contrary in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Facility Office. (a) A Financier may change a Facility Office at any time.
