Common use of Facility Condition Clause in Contracts

Facility Condition. (a) The condition of the Facility (lobby, restaurants, meeting space, suites, and standard sleeping rooms) shall be at least the same in level of quality, appearance and functionality as on the day of NYL’s site inspection, , 20 . There shall be sufficient running water (hot and cold) and air conditioning (heat/cool air) throughout the NYL event dates.
