Common use of Facilities Charge Clause in Contracts

Facilities Charge. In consideration of Seller's investment in the facilities required to provide Buyer's Interruptible Gas requirements in Priority-of-Service Categories 3D & 8, Buyer agrees to pay Seller the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per month as a facilities charge. This charge shall be in addition to any other monies charged for standby volumes delivered in Priority-of-Service Categories 3D & 8.
