Common use of Facilities and Supervision Clause in Contracts

Facilities and Supervision. The Collaborators shall provide personnel, facilities, and equipment necessary for, and shall perform, the Cooperative Work. The Cooperative Work done by each Collaborator will be performed under the program guidance of its PI, who has the responsibility for the scientific and technical conduct of the Cooperative Work performed within that Collaborator’s facilities or done on behalf of that Collaborator by third parties in support of this Agreement. Personnel who perform Cooperative Work at the other Collaborator’s facilities will be supervised by their own PI.
