Face-to. Face Contact means, as it pertains to a FSP, a direct encounter between 31 CONTRACTOR’s staff and Client(s)/parent(s)/guardian(s). This does not include contact by phone, 32 email, etc. For the purpose of completing an Encounter Document, Face-to-Face Contact means a direct 33 encounter between staff and Client(s), regardless if another individual(s) is/are present or not.
