Common use of Extraction Plan Clause in Contracts

Extraction Plan. At the prestart meeting prior to commencing Works for each campaign, the Contractor and the Site Superintendent shall agree on the Extraction of Lime as per the Mining Staging Plan. Refer to Attachment (E) of the tender documents. No Works shall commence on Site until the Extraction Plan has been agreed in writing by each Party. Any changes and/or amendments to the Mine Staging Plan submitted for approval by the Principal prior to any works commencing The Extraction Plan shall align with the Environmental Management Plan and Mine Staging Plan as provided by the Principal as part of this contract.
