Common use of Extra Services of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Extra Services of Consultant. When authorized in advance by means of a written City change authorization, pursuant to the amendment provision of this Contract contained in Paragraph 8(A), shall be paid for by City, as provided Paragraph 4 (B), for each project in Attachment A. If, in the opinion of City, the scope of the extra services significantly changes the terms of this Contract, City has the right to publicly advertise and negotiate for those services without terminating this Contract.

Extra Services of Consultant. When authorized in advance by means of a written City change authorizationorder, pursuant to the amendment provision of this Contract contained in Paragraph 8(A), shall be paid for by City, as provided within Paragraph 4 (B), for each the project scope of services as provided in Attachment A. If, in the opinion of City, the scope of the extra services significantly changes the terms of this Contract, City has the right to publicly advertise and negotiate for those services without terminating this Contract.A.

When (i) The following services, when authorized in advance by means of a written City change authorization, pursuant to the amendment provision of this Contract contained in Paragraph 8(A7(A), shall be paid for by City, as provided Paragraph 4 (B), for each project 4(A)(ii) herein and at the costs as outlined in Attachment A. “C.” If, in the opinion of City, the scope of the extra services significantly changes the terms of this Contract, City has the right to publicly advertise and negotiate for those services without terminating this Contract.
