Extra or Changed Work. Extra or changed work or other changes to the Agreement may be authorized only by written amendment to this Agreement, signed by both parties. GRANTEE expressly recognizes that, pursuant to Sonoma County Code Section 1-11, COUNTY personnel are without authorization to order extra or changed work or waive Agreement requirements.
