Common use of EXTRA COSTS Clause in Contracts

EXTRA COSTS. The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord in a manner determined by the Landlord any and all additional costs and expenses of the Landlord which may arise in respect of extra heating, ventilating and air-conditioning supply, and other utilities and services which are provided to the Tenant over and above those normally provided to Concession Tenants.
