EXTRA COSTS. The Transporter and the Sender may agree the delivery of Hydrocarbons f characteristics other than those demanded or agreed, in which case all the costs and expenses necessary to bring the hydrocarbon to transportation specs acceptable for the Transporter must be paid by the Sender, if applicable.
