Common use of Externally Clause in Contracts

Externally. funded appointments may be terminated in accordance with the following provisions: 35.47.1 The Member will be notified by the University of the date of termination as soon as the University receives notice that the funding will not be renewed. 35.47.2 The Member will receive severance pay equivalent to one month's salary and benefits for each complete year of service to a maximum of 12 months, to be paid out in a mutually-agreeable manner.
