External User Marks. External User grants Homefield the non-exclusive, limited and royalty-free right to use the logos and trademarks of External User (“External User Marks”) for the purpose of promoting the Facilities, subject to the approval of External User, which shall not be unreasonably denied. Any request to use the External User Marks pursuant to this section shall be deemed approved if not affirmatively rejected in writing by External User within forty-eight (48) hours of submission for approval.
