Image Rights. If recognisable persons are represented in a result or their voice is recorded, the Contractor shall submit, at Expertise France’s request, a declaration in which these persons (or their parents or legal guardians in the case of minors) authorize the envisaged use of their image or their voice. These provisions do not apply to persons whose permission is not required under the legislation of the country in which the photographs have been taken, the films have been shot or the sound recordings have been made.
Image Rights. Licensee shall be the sole and exclusive owner, throughout the world in perpetuity, of all rights of whatever nature, including without limitation all copyrights, in all films, photographs, and recordings made by the Licensee of or on said lands and facilities.

If your Work contains your image (example: cosplay), (i) you expressly authorize Ankama, entities of the Ankama group, and any of their beneficiaries or assignees to use the Work reproducing your image under the conditions described herein; (ii) you represent and warrant that you are not bound by any exclusive contract relating to the use of your image or your services and that you have reached the age of majority; (iii) you acknowledge you may not claim any compensation for the use of the rights set out herein. If a third-party image appears in your Work, you represent and warrant that the person in question has reached the age of majority and that you have obtained said person's consent to use their image in accordance with the terms hereof beforehand.
Image Rights. All PT / PO, and all SWS drivers, irrevocably undertake to make available and authorize the SODIKART Group and the Sodi W Series to use without constraint any images and videos relating to the Sodi W Series events; and without any financial or material counterparty being attributed to anybody and without any time limitation. This authorization is valid for all purposes, including commercial and advertising, by all means and methods of exploitation of the images, known or unknown to date, and on any support (including photo exhibitions, posters, leaflets, catalogs, totems, press kits, advertisements and print and online articles, website, video broadcast, etc.) in any format, in whole or in part, for the promotion of the Sodi W Series, the PT / PO in question or leisure karting in general.
Image Rights. In the performance of this employment contract, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx is likely, alone or collectively, to be photographed, videoed, filmed, recorded, from time to time, in particular on the occasion of workshops, video conferences, audio conferences, demonstrations and displays for clients, creation of marketing documents, directories, promotional, social or internal events, receptions, website, intranet, web TV, relations with affiliates, etc. without this list being exhaustive. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx expressly agrees that such photographs, video casts, films, and records of his image and/or his voice be taken and used worldwide in the environment and for the purpose of the Company's regular activities, even after termination of this employment contract for any reason whatsoever.
