External Referees Sample Clauses

The 'External Referees' clause establishes the use of independent third parties to resolve disputes, evaluate performance, or provide expert opinions within the context of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for selecting referees, their qualifications, and the scope of their authority, such as making binding decisions on technical matters or assessing compliance with contract terms. Its core practical function is to ensure impartiality and expertise in resolving issues that the contracting parties cannot settle themselves, thereby reducing potential conflicts and facilitating fair outcomes.
