If no internal persons apply or, in the opinion of the Employer, no internal applicants have the necessary ability, experience, professional skill and/or qualifications, the Employer can consider external applicants. The name of the successful applicant shall be posted by the Employer. In the case of part-time job postings, external job postings shall be posted at the same time as internal postings. If no person applies internally or in the opinion of the Employer, no applicants have the necessary ability, experience, professional skill and/or qualifications, the Employer will consider external applications.
