Extension to Affiliates. Artelo shall have the right to extend the rights and obligations granted in this Agreement to one or more of its Affiliates. All applicable terms and provisions of this Agreement shall apply to any such Affiliate to which this Agreement has been extended to the same extent as such terms and provisions apply to Artelo. Artelo shall remain directly, jointly and severally liable for any acts or omissions of its Affiliates, and Artelo hereby expressly waives any requirement that NEOMED exhaust any right, power or remedy, or proceed directly against such Affiliate, for any obligation or performance hereunder prior to proceeding directly against Artelo.
