Common use of Extension or Amendment of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Extension or Amendment of Collateral. Except as provided in Section 6.7, the Borrowers will not extend, amend, waive or otherwise modify, or permit any Servicer or PSA Servicer (except as provided in a Pooling and Servicing Agreement) to extend, amend, waive or otherwise modify the material terms of any Collateral or the Mortgage Loan Documents related thereto or to exercise the material rights of a holder of said Collateral, provided that the foregoing shall not prohibit the Borrowers, a Servicer or a PSA Servicer from permitting, prior to a default thereunder, any Obligor to exercise an extension option contained in any Mortgage Loan Documents. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Administrative Agent in its discretion, the Borrowers, the Servicers and the PSA Servicers (except as provided in a Pooling and Servicing Agreement) shall have no right to waive, amend, modify or alter the material terms of any Collateral or the related Mortgage Loan Documents thereto or otherwise exercise any material right of the holder of any Collateral.
