Common use of Extension of Initial Contract Period Clause in Contracts

Extension of Initial Contract Period. Subject to clause C4 (Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period), the Client may, by giving written notice to the Contractor not less than 1 Month(s) prior to the last day of the Initial Contract Period, extend the Contract for a further period of up to two 12 Month(s)
