Common use of Extension of Exercise Rights Clause in Contracts

Extension of Exercise Rights. Upon termination as a Managerial Employee, if the Executive is eligible for this Extension of Exercise Rights benefit, the Executive shall have an extended post-termination exercise period for vested stock option equal to the lesser of the following: (a) twenty-four (24) months following the Employment Termination Date or (b) the expiration date of the grant of said vested stock options.
