Additional Benefits that Executive May Qualify for Upon Termination. Under this Agreement, as a Managerial Employee, depending on the circumstances of termination of employment as described herein in this Agreement, the Executive may also be entitled to one or more of the following Additional Benefits upon termination of employment.
