Common use of Extension of Employment Clause in Contracts

Extension of Employment. On the end-of-employment date and every two (2) years thereafter, Employee's employment with Employer automatically shall be extended for an additional two (2) years unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the end-of-employment date, or successive two (2) year anniversary thereof, Employer or Employee delivers to the other a written notice that Employee's employment with Employer is not to be extended, in which event Employer shall pay Employee pursuant to Section 9.8.

Extension of Employment. On the end-of-employment date and every two three (23) years thereafter, Employee's employment with Employer automatically shall be extended for an additional two three (23) years unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the end-of-employment date, or successive two three (23) year anniversary thereof, Employer or Employee delivers to the other a written notice that Employee's employment with Employer is not to be extended, in which event Employer shall pay Employee pursuant to Section 9.8.

On the end-of-employment date and every two one (21) years year thereafter, Employee's employment with Employer automatically shall be extended for an additional two one (21) years year unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the end-of-of- employment date, or successive two one (21) year anniversary thereof, Employer or Employee delivers to the other a written notice that Employee's employment with Employer is not to be extended, in which event Employer shall pay Employee pursuant to Section 9.8.

On the end-of-employment date and every two five (25) years thereafter, Employee's employment with Employer automatically shall be extended for an additional two five (25) years unless, at least ninety (90) days prior to the end-of-employment date, or successive two (2) year anniversary thereof, Employer or Employee delivers to the other a written notice that Employee's employment with Employer is not to be extended, in which event Employer shall pay Employee pursuant to Section 9.8.or
