EXTENDING THE INITIAL TERM. 3.1 The Partners may agree unanimously to extend this Agreement for an agreed period or periods in twelve (12) monthly periods and on varied terms as they agree, beyond the Initial Term, subject to approval of the individual Partner’s internal approval processes.
