Common use of Extended Term Clause in Contracts

Extended Term. Upon the occurrence of a Change in Control (as defined in Paragraph 2(d)), the Current Term shall end and the Term of this Agreement shall thereupon automatically be extended, commencing on the date of such Change in Control, for a period of two (2) years ( the "Extended Term").
