Extended School Year Program (ESY. Assignments during the summer may be available 33 for bus drivers, depending on District needs.
34 21.4.1 All ARUSD Bus Driver’s interested in working the Extended School Year (ESY) 35 will need to complete the District form (Classified Extended Year Program Application) and comply 36 with the posting requirements. Forms must be submitted to Human Resources.
37 21.4.1.1 The parties agree that bus drivers will be guaranteed a minimum of five 38 (5) hours of work for the term of this agreement based on the current business levels for the Extended 39 School Year of 2011. If the work day changes both parties agree to open the article during the year to 40 renegotiate the District needs and work hours/days.
Extended School Year Program (ESY. 1. When work is available for student paraprofessional employees in the District operated ESY Program, the employees will be offered the ESY Program work based on the following criteria:
a. Positions will be offered, district-wide, seniority-based, on a rotating basis.
b. To be eligible to be assigned work, a student paraprofessional employee must have received a satisfactory annual evaluation with at least seven (7) areas of satisfactory performance during the most recently completed school term.
