Common use of Express Checkstands Clause in Contracts

Express Checkstands. Employees will not be scheduled to work in Express Checkstands for longer than four (4) hours in any one (1) day, except in the case of an emergency, or unless the employee wishes to work longer. There will be a five (5) minute leeway to complete the order of a customer and/or the transfer of cash register to another employee.
