Common use of Export and Import Clause in Contracts

Export and Import. Seller is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any export license(s) required for delivery of the Products to Hexatronic according to the Purchase Order. Seller shall issue all other documents reasonably requested by Hexatronic, regarding export and import of the Products.
