Export and Import. 18.1 Reseller warrants to Lenovo that at all times relevant to this Agreement, it is, and will continue to be, in compliance with all applicable export and import laws, regulations, orders and policies, as well as those of the United States, including any clearances, licenses, exemptions and filings associated therewith. If Reseller exports or imports Products, Services or technical data, Reseller, and not Lenovo, shall act as the exporter or importer of record. Lenovo may, in its sole discretion, require Reseller to provide Lenovo with written certification of its compliance with the export and import requirements described above.

You undertake to us that if you make arrangements to export the Artwork(s) from the UK, you will comply with HM Customs & Excise regulations, including but not limited to shipping the Artwork(s) from the UK within the relevant period if the sale is for export and zero-rated for VAT, and to provide us with the relevant proof of export within seven (7) days from the date of shipment of the Artwork(s).
