Exploration Information Clause Samples

Exploration Information. The Company has provided the Agent with access to full and complete copies of all exploration information and data within its possession or control including, without limitation, all geological, geophysical and geochemical information and data (including all drill, sample and assay results and all maps) and all technical reports, feasibility studies and other similar reports and studies concerning the Property and the Company and Elmira US has the sole right, title and ownership of all such information, data, reports and studies.

Exploration Information. GCC has provided CNM with access to full and complete copies of all exploration information and data relating to the GCC Project which is owned by, or within the possession or control of, GCC or any of its Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, all geological, geophysical and geochemical information and data (including all drill, sample and assay results and all maps) and all technical reports, feasibility studies and other similar reports and studies concerning the GCC Mineral Rights or the GCC Project and GCC has the sole right, title, ownership and right to use all such information, data reports and studies.

Exploration Information. Except as disclosed in Schedule 3.1(36) of the Company Disclosure Letter and the Company Filings, the Company has provided the Purchaser with access to full and complete copies of all exploration information and data relating to the Company Properties (to the extent such information and data is material) since January 1, 2019, provided no material information for the periods prior to January 1, 2019 has been knowingly withheld and which information is owned by, or within the possession or control of, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including, without limitation and in each case to the extent material, all geological, geophysical and geochemical information and data (including all drill, sample and assay results and all maps) and all technical reports, feasibility studies and other similar reports and studies concerning the Company Mineral Rights or the Company Properties which are owned by, or within the possession or control of, the Company, or any of its Subsidiaries and, to the knowledge of the Company and except as disclosed in Schedule 3.1(36) of the Company Disclosure Letter, the Company has the sole right, title, ownership and right to use all such information, data reports and studies.

Exploration Information. The geological, geophysical and geochemical information and data information provided by the Vendor to the Purchaser relating to Chirano mine and related exploration assets underlying the mineral reserve and mineral resource estimate for Chirano was complete and accurate in all material respects.

Exploration Information. The Corporation has provided the Purchaser with access to full and complete copies of all exploration information and data relating to the Imbo Project. To the knowledge of the Corporation, the Corporation has the sole right, title, ownership and right to use all such information, data reports and studies.

Exploration Information. The Vendor has provided the Purchaser with access to full and complete copies of all material exploration information and data relating to the New Afton Mine, and which is owned by, or within the possession or control of, the Vendor, including, without limitation, all geological, geophysical and geochemical information and data (including all drill, sample and assay results and all maps).

Exploration Information. The Purchaser has provided the Vendor with access to full and complete copies of all material exploration information and data relating to the Purchaser Properties and the Purchaser Mineral Rights which is owned by, or within the possession or control of, the Purchaser and its subsidiaries, including, without limitation, all material geological, geophysical and geochemical information and data (including all drill, sample and assay results and all maps) and all technical reports, feasibility studies and other similar reports and studies concerning the Purchaser Properties and the Purchaser Mineral Rights, and all such exploration data is included in the Purchaser Public Disclosure record to the extent required by NI 43-101.
