Common use of Exploration Information Clause in Contracts

Exploration Information. The Vendor has provided the Purchaser with access to full and complete copies of all material exploration information and data relating to the Corporation Properties and the Corporation Mineral Rights which is owned by, or within the possession or control of, the Vendor, the Corporation or any of their Affiliates, including, without limitation, all material geological, geophysical and geochemical information and data (including all drill, sample and assay results and all maps) and all technical reports, feasibility studies and other similar reports and studies concerning the Corporation Properties and the Corporation Mineral Rights.
