Common use of Exploration Information Clause in Contracts

Exploration Information. The Company has provided the Agent with access to full and complete copies of all exploration information and data within its possession or control including, without limitation, all geological, geophysical and geochemical information and data (including all drill, sample and assay results and all maps) and all technical reports, feasibility studies and other similar reports and studies concerning the Property and the Company and Elmira US has the sole right, title and ownership of all such information, data, reports and studies.
