Common use of EXPIRY OF THE TENANCY Clause in Contracts

EXPIRY OF THE TENANCY. 7.1 On the expiry of the this Tenancy (howsoever determined) the Tenant shall return the Room or Townhouse in good and tenantable repair and condition free from damage and clean and the Contents to the Landlord in the condition required by this Agreement and further to deliver up the access card to the Landlord and to remove all personal effects and belongings from the Room Townhouse or Building by no later than 12 noon on the relevant tenancy termination date. (provided that if an access card is not returned by that deadline then the charges referred to in clause 3.2.14 will apply.)

(provided Provided that if an the access card is not returned by that deadline then the charges referred to in clause 3.2.14 will apply.)

(provided that if an a key or access card is not returned by that deadline then the charges referred to in clause 3.2.14 3.2.13 will apply.)
