Common use of Expirations Clause in Contracts

Expirations. In the event of the termination of this Agreement, MGA’s records and the use and control of expirations of the Company’s business produced by Agents registered or appointed by the Company shall remain the joint property of the Company and MGA, subject to any rights in the Agents pursuant to the terms of any agreement between MGA and the Agent.
