Common use of Expirations Clause in Contracts

Expirations. Approved plans and miscellaneous permits expire one year after approval. Extensions of permits may be requested from the City. Permit extensions must comply with any changes or revisions made to the City’s standards from the date of the original issuance. Extensions are not granted on expired permits.
