Common use of Expiration of Offer Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Offer. The Estimate and/or Proposal and/or Quote expires as a contractual offer 10 days from the date of the Contract, unless signed and accepted by Crunchsoft and Client within such time or otherwise extended in writing by Crunchsoft.
