Conditional Authorization Sample Clauses

Conditional Authorization. Licensor may conditionally authorize Licensee to continue to operate the Hotel as a Homewood Suites hotel even though Licensee has not fully complied with the terms of this Agreement. Under certain circumstances, Licensor may suspend services to the Hotel (including reservation services) while the Work is being performed by Licensee.

Conditional Authorization. This agreement pertains to one (1) pet, and pets are limited to the pet listed above, unless authorized in writing by Landlord via an additional Pet Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ authorizes Resident to keep the Pet described above in this Pet Agreement in the Apartment until this Lease terminates. Landlord, in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole discretion, may terminate this authorization at any time if Resident’s right of occupancy is lawfully terminated or if Resident or Resident’s guest violates the pet rules described in this Pet Agreement.

Conditional Authorization. During the Term, Landlord authorizes Tenant and Tenant’s employees to bring not more than ten (10) dogs described herein onto the Site, and into the Building and Premises, at any one time. Tenant shall be fully responsible for all activities and consequences of all dogs brought onto the Site, Building or Premises pursuant to this authorization, and this authorization shall terminate automatically upon expiration or termination of the Lease. Landlord, in Landlord’s sole discretion, may terminate this authorization at any time for any or all dogs if Tenant violates this Dog Rider or any rules established by Landlord provided in Paragraph 7 below (“Dog Rules”), or fails to provide any required information within two business days of Landlord’s request. Landlord may require Tenant to provide written confirmation of compliance with any provision of this Dog Rider or any Dog Rule at any time. Tenant acknowledges that any violation of this Dog Rider or any Dog Rule is a breach of the Lease.

Conditional Authorization. Princeton University authorizes the Resident to keep the pet described in paragraph B of this Contract in the Apartment until the Housing Contract terminates. Princeton University (in its sole discretion) may terminate this authorization at any time if the Resident’s right of occupancy is lawfully terminated or if the Resident, Resident’s guest, or other occupant of the Apartment violates the pet rules described in paragraph E of this Pet Agreement. In order for this authorization to be effective, every other resident of the Apartment (Roommates) must consent in writing to the pet being kept in the Apartment in accordance with this Pet Agreement by signing this Contract. Once the Resident vacates the Apartment, the Resident cannot transfer ownership of the aforementioned pet to another student.

Conditional Authorization. Client provides a general authorization for 99minds to engage downstream Subprocessors that is conditioned on the following requirements: a. 99minds will impose contractual data protection obligations on any Subprocessor it appoints to process Client Data to meet the standards required by Applicable Data Protection Law and this DPA; and b. 99minds will remain liable for any breach of this DPA that is caused by an act, error, or omission of its Subprocessors.

Conditional Authorization. Client provides a general authorization for PowerPlan to engage downstream Subprocessors that is conditioned on the following requirements: (a) PowerPlan will impose contractual data protection obligations on any Subprocessor it appoints to process Client Data to meet the standards required by Applicable Data Protection Law and this DPA; and (b) PowerPlan will remain liable for any breach of this DPA that is caused by an act, error, or omission of its Subprocessors.
