Expiration Dating. The Product has approved expiration dating of twenty-four (24) months in the Territory as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. At Paladin's request, VIVUS shall cooperate with and provide all reasonable assistance, including providing appropriate supporting stability data, if any, to extend the expiration date for the Product in the Territory beyond twenty-four (24) months. Paladin shall bear all costs associated with gaining regulatory approval for such an extension.
