At the request of the BOARD or DEPARTMENT, the CONTRACTOR shall make available to the DEPARTMENT qualified compliance consultants to assist the DEPARTMENT in its reviews of BENEFIT PROGRAM design, plan compliance, and claims administration. Mailing & Postage. The CONTRACTOR will pay for all mailing, postage and handling costs for the distribution of materials as required by Section 140 Informational Materials, Website below, or by other express provisions in this AGREEMENT.
