Experience Portability Clause Samples

Experience Portability. The Employer may grant a new employee credit for relevant career experience and place her above the start rate for the classification. The new employee must be able to document that she has at least two (2) years of relevant experience as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent position. The starting wage may not exceed level 3 as detailed in Schedule A of this agreement. Placement on the wage rate does not provide seniority hours.
